Advisory Committees

OSBP provides administrative oversight and guidance on the Department's advisory committees (including negotiated rulemaking committees) to ensure the requirements are met regarding charters, membership, notice, conduct, reporting, and termination of committee operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting information on interagency and intradepartmental committees and federal interagency agreements.

Information on Department of Labor Advisory Committees is available on the General Services Administration's Federal Advisory Committee Database. GSA's Database contains information on Federal Advisory Committees including reports, descriptions of committee activities and costs.
