An Oct. 17, 1996, news release from the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) regarding proposed fines and citations issued against C
& S Erectors, Inc., of Noblesville, Ind., following investigation of a
worker's death during a steel erection project in Jonestown, Pa., incorrectly
reported that the company had two previous fatalities. A review of the records
indicates there was only one previous fatality, making a total of two, instead
of three, worker deaths, OSHA said today.
