I'm pleased to see the widely shared progress, particularly with the gains of women have made. This report once again reminds us of the critical role of education and training.

We've made good progress with 2.6 percent real wage gains since the third quarter last year. It's clear that with the largest gains experienced by college graduates, at 3.1 percent, skills count.
