Today's Bureau of Labor Statistics report makes the case that more and more workers everyday are sharing in our nation's unprecedented economic good news.

American workers realized a 3.3 percent real wage gain over the past year, a clear indication of the benefits from the large productivity gains that our economy is enjoying.

The report shows economic headway for populations across the board--with gains going to men and women; blacks, whites, and Hispanics; and to people with all levels of educational attainment.
