At least two years of post-secondary education is the minimum for getting a good job in this new economy. The nation must guarantee no less to its workforce. It's the only way we can hope to rebuild America's middle class.

Combined with the $10,000 family tax deduction, the Clinton Administration is offering the possibility of life-long learning for all hard working people who want to get ahead.

Giving all Americans educational opportunities beyond high school is critical for our workforce and our overall economy. In the future, the real engine of economic growth will be a workforce that has at least two years of education and training beyond high school.
