WASHINGTON—U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao today
unveiled a public service announcement that encourage workers young and old to
make a commitment to learn more about participating in retirement plans at
work.
Secretary Chao states in the Public Service Announcement:
Independence Day comes once a year. But every day can be Independence
Day if you plan for a secure retirement.
Americans are living longer and healthier lives than ever before
— which is great.
And there are many resources available to help you assess how much you
will need for retirement expenses.
So celebrate this Independence Day with a financial checkup. Visit
