The Department of Labor’s Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has scheduled a webchat intended to educate the public and solicit input from stakeholder organizations and individuals.  The OLMS webchat will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. (EST).  To participate, visit http://www.dol.gov/regulations.  We hope that you will consider participating to learn more about the Fall Regulatory Agenda.

All Executive Branch agencies are required to publish semiannual regulatory agendas describing regulatory actions that agencies are developing or have recently completed, in compliance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.  DOL’s agenda is published in the Federal Register as part of the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions.
