Susan Brawdy, District Director
Susan Brawdy has served as the District Director of first the Pittsburgh District Office and now the Philadelphia - Pittsburgh District Office since 2010. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office. Ms. Brawdy started her career with the Federal government in 1983 when she joined the Peace Corps-Ecuador. In 1985, immediately after finishing her two years with the Peace Corps, she began working for OLMS as an investigator. She was promoted to senior investigator in 2004 and supervisory investigator in 2008. Ms. Brawdy received a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Cornell University in 1982, and while working as an investigator, she earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
