Kevin Kennedy, Supervisory Investigator
Kevin Kennedy has served as the supervisory investigator of first the Philadelphia District Office and now the Philadelphia - Pittsburg District Office since August 2008. Under the oversight of a district director, the OLMS supervisory investigator is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an OLMS field office, including shared responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed. Mr. Kennedy also served as the Acting District Director for the Philadelphia District Office from December 2012 to October 2013. Mr. Kennedy began his career as an OLMS investigator in 2003 after completing a career in local, county and state law enforcement, retiring as a supervisor. In August 2008 he was promoted to OLMS Supervisory Investigator. Kevin Kennedy graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Police Science/Criminal Justice. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Police State Academy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
