Emily Prosise

Emily Prosise was appointed Western Regional Director in June 2020. The OLMS regional director is responsible for leading a nationwide criminal and civil enforcement program within a broad geographic area. As regional director, she formulates annual regional program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitors and evaluates the program work conducted in three field offices with jurisdictions in eighteen states and three U.S. territories. Ms. Prosise began her OLMS career an investigator in the St. Louis District Office in May 2003. She advanced to senior investigator in October 2008 and supervisory investigator in August 2010. She was appointed District Director of the St. Louis District Office and Kansas City Resident Investigative Office in July 2011 and became District Director of the Denver-St. Louis District Office and Kansas City Resident Investigative Office in October 2013. Ms. Prosise serves as an instructor for OLMS Investigative Skills Training and is an agency leader in administering agency personnel matters. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned a master’s of education degree in counseling in 1997 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
