Andriana Vamvakas, District Director
Andriana Vamvakas was appointed the New York District Director in February 2012. Under the oversight of a regional director, the OLMS district director is responsible for leading a criminal and civil enforcement program within an assigned jurisdiction, including responsibility to formulate annual office program, budgetary, and administrative operations plans, and monitor and evaluate the program work performed in the assigned field office. The New York District Office’s jurisdiction includes the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island and the State of New Jersey, as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Ms. Vamvakas began her career as an investigator with OLMS in 1987. She was promoted a senior investigator in 1996 and became a Supervisory Investigator in 2006. Over the span of her OLMS career, Ms. Vamvakas has been involved in many of the largest and most significant cases in the agency in both the criminal and the election programs, and has been honored for her law enforcement successes in multiple industries. In addition to her office managerial duties, she has worked on numerous National Office projects affecting policy and served as an instructor for the National OLMS Criminal Training. Ms. Vamvakas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the City University of New York, Baruch College.
