Approved for Public Release Use Constraints: None Abstract: The Awareness Bulletin 90-3, Ethics and Integrity in the Workplace, is a fact sheet on the rules and regulations for ethics for Department of Labor employees. The AB 90-3 informs the general public and Department of Labor employees of allowable standards of conduct. AB90-3 also provides telephone numbers and point of contacts for advise and assistance in work place ethics. Purpose: The Awareness Bulletin 90-3 is used to inform the public as to the many different laws and regulations concerning ethics and integrity for federal employees. The AB90-3 also identifies many common ethical problems within the workplace. Agency Program: The OIG is an independent, objective entity in the Department of Labor (DOL) charged with promoting program efficiency, and preventing fraud, waste and abuse in the Department's programs and operations. Under the IG Act, the OIG has direct reporting responsibilities to both the Secretary and the Congress. Local Subject Terms:
