Approved for Public Release Use Constraints: None Abstract: The Awareness Bulletin 90-2, Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, is a fact sheet on the process for reporting allegations of incidents or wrongdoing , for both the general public and Department of Labor employees. AB90-2 is a brief summary of what DOL IG does in the areas of audits and investigations. AB90-2 is a one page general description of OIG activities. Purpose: The Awareness Bulletin 90-2 is used to inform the public of the process of reporting waste, fraud, and abuse to the OIG. . The AB90-2 also identifies the telephone number of the OIG Hotline and the address to report complaints. Agency Program: The OIG is an independent, objective entity in the Department of Labor (DOL) charged with promoting program efficiency, and preventing fraud, waste and abuse in the Department's programs and operations.
