Non-Retaliation Policy for Federal Contractors
OFCCP has a long-established policy that requests by employers for information and compliance or technical assistance inquiries received by the agency regarding the nondiscrimination and affirmative action regulations OFCCP enforces will not trigger a compliance evaluation. Our non-retaliation policy is set forth below.
Employer Information and Technical or Compliance Assistance Requests. Requests for information and technical or compliance assistance initiated by employers or their representatives will not trigger a compliance investigation. These requests do not, however, protect employers against compliance evaluations conducted pursuant to existing policy, scheduling guidelines and investigation programs established by OFCCP.
