Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)

On February 28, the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) rescinded restrictions on investigating pay discrimination and announced new guidance for employers and other interested stakeholders. OFCCP invites you to participate in a free webinar open to the public explaining the new investigation procedures and seeking to address questions you may have about these actions.
