OFCCP Settles Hiring Discrimination Case with M.C. Dean

Federal construction contractor M.C. Dean has settled allegations of systemic hiring discrimination with OFCCP. The company will pay $875,000 in back wages to 381 African American, Hispanic and Asian American workers who were unfairly rejected for jobs as apprentices and electricians.
