Karen Stang, Operation IMPACT Program Manager, accepted the award on behalf of the company. Operation IMPACT has contacted more than 400 injured service members. A project team identifies career opportunities both within Northrop Grumman and elsewhere. Components include identifying accommodations and training needs, as well as mentoring new hires. While the vast majority of service members contacted are not yet ready to re-enter the workforce, Operation IMPACT maintains ongoing communication until they are ready to do so.
