The National High School/High Tech Program Office would like to
thank everyone involved in the High School/High Tech Program for the time and
effort they have put into making the Program such a success. Your successes are
reflected in this manual. Specifically, the National Program Office would like
to recognize Donna Mundy and Lee Miller for their thoughtful feedback on the
draft versions of this manual and for contributing content. The National
Program Office would like to thank Charles McNelly, Henry Angle, Bryan Stoll,
