Information Exchanges
Circle of Champions (CoC) participants meet twice annually to exchange ideas, effective practices, and strategies. The topics addressed include corporate commitment to full inclusion, innovation in workplace practices, recruitment and retention policies, communication strategies, increasing leadership opportunities, and evaluation techniques and results. ODEP incorporates the input from the CoC into its policy analysis and development in order to advance career opportunities for all Americans with disabilities.
