Advancing the Federal Government as a Model Employer

Although people with disabilities have much to offer in the workplace, federal managers (employers) have yet to fully tap this pool of diverse, qualify and eager job seekers. People with disabilities continue to be underemployed and undervalued as workers -- even though they make dedicated and creative employees whose professional contributions and commitment are by no means less than their counterparts without disabilities.
