Focus Group Research

The Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN), conducted focus group research in 13 major metropolitan areas. These focus groups, representing a range of industry sectors and sizes, sought answers from executive-level managers and human resources professionals to understand their concerns about disabilities in the workplace. Through the focus groups, these participants shared their most pressing workforce issues as well as their reactions to messages and facts about workers with disabilities.

More information about the findings from the EARN focus group research (and a copy of the complete report) is available here.
