With ODEP establish goals and draft alliance
Comments/review of the draft alliance by Executive Staff
Clear agreement with Solicitor's Office
Finalize agreement
Establish signing date
Work with the DOL Office of Public Affairs on a news release - ideally issue on the signing date
Sign Alliance
Establish Implementation Team
to include both
ODEP staff
and
Partner team members
Hold Kick-off meeting with Implementation Team
Conduct meetings throughout the year - at least three
Prepare Annual Report
