There is also a brand new fact sheet, Soft Skills: The Competitive Edge which is an area particularly important for any young person entering the workforce. Through the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) ODEP also provides young adults with disabilities attending or recently graduating from college with internship opportunities with federal and private sector employers interested in hiring talented future employees. ODEP’s youth-focused technical assistance center, the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth, has an entire section devoted to resources for youth and families.
