FOIA requests filed with the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) must be in writing, either handwritten or typed. No special form is required. While requests may be submitted by fax, OSDBU does not accept FOIA requests submitted by e-mail. In making your request, you should be as specific as possible with regard to names, dates, places, events, subjects, etc.
