In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation and Section 501 of Public Law 100-656, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management and the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization have assembled the Department of Labor's Annual Acquisition Plan and Procurement Forecast from information submitted by the Department's component agencies. The information provided herein is designed to assist businesses in identifying procurement opportunities and sources from which additional information and guidance can be obtained.
