The revision process for DOL’s 2005 Inventories of Commercial Activities and Inherently Governmental Activities is complete. The inventories have been updated with these changes and are attached below.
The revisions consist of the following:
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) function code I999 has changed 3 FTE from Commercial Reason Code A to Inherently Governmental and 67 FTE from Commercial Reason Code B to Inherently Governmental.
- Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) function code C301 has been changed from 6 FTE Inherently Governmental to Commercial Reason Code B.
- Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) function code C403 has changed from 1 FTE Inherently Governmental to Commercial Reason Code B.
- Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy (OASP) function code T820 has changed 4 FTE from Commercial Reason Code A to Commercial Reason Code B.
