Office of the Solicitor
The Wirtz Labor Law Library primarily supports the Office of the Solicitor and all of its eleven divisions. Each division has it's own small collection housed within the main law library. In addition, much of the library staff has access to both Westlaw and Lexis Nexis as well as several other legal treatises on CD-ROM and web-based research tools.
Many of the decisions from cases argued by the Solicitors office are available from the Office of the Administrative Law Judges. You can search a database of past decisions at http://www.oalj.dol.gov/.
