OASAM Strategic and Performance Plan: 2006-2010
The OASAM Strategic and Performance Plan: 2006 - 2010 [PDF HTML] represents a months-long effort to more accurately capture and update the OASAM mission and vision. This Plan will serve to guide Departmental efforts over the next several years - allowing OASAM to measure and track its performance to ensure that customers' needs and expectations are met.
The Department of Labor continues to make a positive difference in the day-to-day lives of America's working families. And from implementation of the President's Management Agenda - to providing effective Departmental leadership and oversight in its many areas of responsibility - OASAM is leading the way.
Mission Statement: OASAM provides the infrastructure and support that enables the Department of Labor to perform its mission. OASAM provides leadership and support for Departmental business operations and procurement; budget and finance; information technology; human resources and civil rights; security and emergency management; and strategic planning - and is the hub for DOL's implementation of the President's Management Agenda.
