A Continuous Learning Library Exchange to provide career and personal development information in audio, video, computer disk, and print formats. Housed in the Career Assistance and Resource Exchange Center in Washington, DC, the Library loans materials in person and by contract express mail carrier.

Computer Software to help you enhance your writing and word processing skills, create spreadsheets, improve overall performance, and assess your management skills. You can learn Windows and other software applications. There is software to help you prepare resume`s and Federal job applications, and to assist you in identifying how your skills may be transferrable to other jobs.
