Procurement Review Board (PRB)
The PRB is responsible for reviewing various acquisition activities and recommending approval or disapproval to the Chief Acquisition Officer. The Division of Acquisition Management Services serves as staff to the PRB.
The Departmental procurement policies outlined in the Department of Labor Manual Series (DLMS) 2, Chapter 800, Section 836(b) require review by the PRB of actions over the simplified acquisition threshold that is to be awarded under "other than full and open competition" procedures.
Procurement Review Board Meeting Schedule for FY 2013
It has been determined that the PRB will meet twice per month (the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month starting in January 2013) until further notice. Please check your calendar for your availability on the following dates (all Wednesdays):
