The 2010 session of the U.S. — Vietnam Labor Dialogue took place in Hanoi on September 22. Deputy Undersecretary of Labor Sandra Polaski led the U.S. delegation and held productive discussions with Vice Minister Nguyen Thanh Hoa of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on ILO's Better Work Program, labor law reform and worker rights in Vietnam, and bilateral and multilateral cooperation on labor and employment issues.
