List of Public Submissions Received in Response to the TVPRA List of Goods
In September 2009, ILAB published a List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor (List), as mandated by the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Acts of 2005 and 2008 (TVPRA). Since the initial report's release, ILAB has received public submissions regarding the use of child labor and forced labor in the production of goods in foreign countries. ILAB accepts information on an ongoing basis and reviews submissions as they are received. On December 15, 2010, ILAB published an update to the List. All public submissions received after the publication of the initial List were carefully considered for the 2010 update. Submissions will continue to be taken into account as ILAB works to release periodic updates to the List. Below is a list of all submissions regarding child labor and forced labor in the production of goods received since September 2009.
