On January 15th and 16th, Deputy Under Secretary for International Affairs Charlotte M. Ponticelli visited the project sites, called "Spaces for Growth" or "Espacios para Crecer", which are innovative educational enrichment programs that complement the formal educational system in the Dominican Republic.
