NRC Reports and Publications
The National Academies convened the Committee on Monitoring International Labor Standards (CMILS) to respond to the U.S. Department of Labor's request to ". . . conduct a set of connected tasks designed to provide the federal government with expert science-based information on issues pertaining to international labor standards, monitoring, and enforcement." In addition to the development of the WebMILS system, the CMILS project resulted in several reports, which are available for purchase or to be read online through the National Academies Press.
