ILAB intends to fund a cooperative agreement between DOL’s, Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) and Internationai Labor Organization (ILO) for the purpose of strengthening compliance with core labor standards in Nicaragua’s textile export sector through monitoring, remediation, and third-party verification.
