Indian and Native American Programs

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act of 2014 contains provisions aimed at supporting employment and training activities for Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian individuals. The U.S. Department of Labor's Indian and Native American Programs (INAP) funds grant programs that provide training opportunities at the local level for this target population.

To find the program nearest you, look for a grant program in your state, contact your local American Job Center, or call ETA's toll-free help line at 1-877-US-2JOBS (TTY: 1-877-889-5267).
