Title: Labor Certification for the Temporary Employment of H-2B Aliens in the United States 

Abstract: This Final Rule is designed to initiate a redesign of the process by which U.S. employers seek labor certification from the Department of Labor as an initial step to hire temporary non-agricultural labor under the H-2B visa program. The re-engineering of the program includes streamlining of the application process and strengthening of program integrity.
