Each farm labor contractor, agricultural employer and agricultural association
which is subject to the MSPA and who employs any migrant or seasonal agricultural worker(s)
shall post and keep posted
in a conspicuous place at the place of employment a poster prepared by the
Department of Labor which explains the rights and protections for workers
required under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act.
To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow
these instructions:
- The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or
print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat®
Reader® v5 or later) available on your workstation.
- Click on the link for the MSPA Poster
and wait for it to load into the viewer.
- To print, select File, Print and press OK.
- The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an
11 x 17 inch poster.
