A list of the EEOICP District Office locations and a map that shows their geographical jurisdictions is shown below.   Claims should be submitted according to the state of the last known Department of Energy employer.  All claims for supplemental benefits from individuals who have received an award from the Department of Justice under Section 5 of the the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) should be sent to the Denver Office.
