In the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, Ohio, of the Grand Jury term
beginning January 14, in the year of our Lord, two thousand five.
Count 1
The Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, duly selected, impaneled,
sworn, and charged to inquire of crimes and offenses committed within the body of Franklin County, in
the State of Ohio, upon their oath do find and present that Aunalie M. Parsons late of said
County, from on or about May 13, 2004 to June 1, 2004, within the County of Franklin aforesaid, in
violation of section 2913.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, with purpose to deprive the owner, Ohio Nurses
Association, of property, to wit: money orders or the proceed from money orders, did knowingly obtain
or exert control over said property by deception, the said Aunalie Parsons having committed multiple
theft offenses while performing or acting in the same employment, capacity, or relationship to the
victim, to wit: employee to the victim Ohio Nurses Association and the value of the property or
services or loss to the victim being five hundred dollars ($500.00) or more and less than five thousand
dollars ($5,000.00),

The Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, duly selected, impaneled,
sworn, and charged to inquire of crimes and offenses committed within the body of Franklin County, in
the State of Ohio, upon their oath do find and present that Aunalie M. Parsons late of said
County, on or about the 14th day of May in the year of our Lord, 2004, within the County of Franklin
aforesaid, in violation of section 2913.31 of the Ohio Revised Code, with purpose to defraud or knowing
that she was facilitating a fraud, did forge a writing, to wit: the payee line on money order
7-7329084939, so that it purported to be genuine when it was actually spurious, and the value of the
property or services involved in this offense and/or the loss suffered by the victim, to wit: One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00),

The Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, duly selected, impaneled,
sworn, and charged to inquire of crimes and offenses committed within the body of Franklin County, in
the State of Ohio, upon their oath do find and present that Aunalie M. Parsons late of said
County, on or about the 14th day of May in the year of our Lord, 2004, within the County of Franklin
aforesaid, in violation of section 2913.31 of the Ohio Revised Code, with purpose to defraud or knowing
that she was facilitating a fraud, did forge a writing, to wit: the payee name on money order 333864979,
so that it purported to be genuine when it was actually spurious, and the value of the property or
services involved in this offense and/or the loss suffered by the victim, to wit: One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided against the peace and dignity of the
State of Ohio.
