INDICTMENT

The Federal Grand Jury charges:

[18 U.S.C. § 661 -- Theft and Embezzlement]

     Between on or about June 1, 2004, until on or about April 1, 2005, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and elsewhere, the defendant, JERRY T. LEBLANC, at a place within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, namely the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, did take and carry away, with intent to steal and purloin, the personal property of another, namely various checks, and other funds, belonging to the American Federation of Government Employees, Local Union 2250, of value exceeding $1,000.00.

     All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 661.
