INDICTMENT

The Grand Jury charges that:

     On or about May 9, 2005, in the Eastern District of Missouri,

LINDA HOSELTON,

the defendant herein, while an officer, that is, Recording Secretary of the United Auto Workers, AFL-CIO, Local 282, a labor organization engaged in an industry affecting commerce, did embezzle, steal and unlawfully and willfully abstract and convert to his/her own use and the use of another the moneys, funds, securities, property, and other assets of said labor organization in the approximate amount of $1,444.50.

     In violation of Title 29, United States Code, Section 501(c).
