THE UNITED STATES ATIORNEY, UNDER OATH, CHARGES:

On or about July 2001, to on or about October 2003, in Madison County, within the Southern District of Illinois,

 

MARY JANE KRAUSZ,

defendant herein, while a secretary of Carpenters International Union, Independent Locals 295, 377, and 1535, labor organizations engaged in an industry affecting commerce within the meaning of Section 3(i) and 3(j) of the Labor-management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. Sections 402(i) and (j)), did embezzle, steal, and unlawfully and willfully abstract and convert to her own use, monies and funds in the amount of $37,204.63 belonging to said labor organization, all in violation of Title 29, United States Code, Section 501(c),
