And now, the United States of America, by its undersigned counsel, moves pursuant to Rule 48 (a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure to dismiss the Information filed in the above-captioned case. In support of this motion the United States alleges that further proceedings are this charge are no longer appropriate given the disposition of a related pre-trial diversion matter involving the defendant. Therefore, the United States seeks dismissal of the Information.
