THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY CHARGES:

From January 1996 through Apr11 2000, in the District of Oregon, defendant GERHARD HUBBARD stole funds and other assets of a fund connected with an employee welfare benefit plan, that is, the Roofer’s Union Local 156 Vacation Fund.

In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 664.
