BUSH, while a person employed as a full-time employee and officer, directly by United Food and Commercial Workers AFL-CIO Local Union 990 Greeley, Colorado, a labor organization engaged in an industry affecting commerce, did embezzle, steal and unlawfully and willfully abstract and convert to his own use and the use of another the moneys, funds securities, property, and other assets of said labor union on the dates set forth below and in the amounts set forth below:
