Federal Contract Compliance Manual (FCCM) The HTML and PDF versions posted on OFCCP's website do not include the most recent updates and changes that have been made to manual chapters due to the issuance of FCCM notices. For additional information, you should also review the "FCCM Notices" under the Policy Directives link on OFCCP's website. Accessing the FCCM To minimize the time necessary to download the entire FCCM, we provide the FCCM "by Chapter" in two formats: (1) HTML Version and (2) PDF Version. There are several software publishers that provide free reader software for downloading.
