How should wage data be reported for operating engineers on the WD-10
form?
Data for operating engineers needs to be reported by piece of equipment
used on the project. For example, backhoe, bulldozer, front end loader,
roller, etc. All you need to provide is the number of workers operating
each piece of equipment for the peak week
and the wage rate paid each of those workers.
