IV. Davis-Bacon Wage Surveys

May we report an average of wage rates?

No, you should provide actual wages and fringe benefits paid each employee for each classification for that peak week.  For example, if during a peak week 5 carpenters are paid a different basic hourly rate and/or fringe benefit, they should be reported separately.  See example below:

Carpenter -

1 @ $10.00

1 @ $10.50 plus $26.00 weekly Health Insurance

2 @ $ 9.50

1 @ $10.30
