Any machine, including electric powered machines, used to transport a safety can
Permissible (Part 36) equipment
Non-permissible self-propelled equipment (heavy duty) used to cut or move rock or coal, including locomotives
Non-permissible mobile equipment (heavy duty) used to move longwall components, including locomotives
Self-propelled fuel transportation units, or lube units, or machines used to transport units or portable lube units (Each unit or machine is considered heavy duty.)
Non-permissible locomotives (light duty)
Other self-propelled equipment such as mechanic unit and personnel carriers (Each unit or machine is considered light duty.)
